Digital Art
½ credit length: semester class fee: $15
This course provides students with basic design skills the opportunity to apply and build on them to produce digital works of fine art and graphic design pieces through computer-oriented assignments and art projects. Students primarily use Adobe Photoshop software to draw, paint, and manipulate digital images. Scanners are also used along with digital cameras to teach basic photography design and how to correct, retouch, and enhance digital photos.
Recommended Prerequisite- Design
Typically taught every year both semesters (8th period)
